These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Gempak888 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Gempak888 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise unauthorised additional accounts ("Duplicate Accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Gempak888 reserves the right to close all Duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Malaysia (or your country of residence), a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of this information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Gempak888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You must notify Gempak888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Only one Account is permitted per person, per household (residential address), per device, and per shared IP address in cases where multiple individuals share a network. Players found to operate accounts in violation of this restriction may have their accounts suspended and funds forfeited.
Gempak888 is required to conduct identity verification on all Players as a condition of its international licensing obligations and as a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) measure. All Players must complete the KYC process before withdrawal privileges are enabled on their Account.

Standard KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of complete documentation. Gempak888 reserves the right to extend this period in circumstances where additional review is required. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC verification is complete.

All standard financial transactions on the Platform for Malaysian Players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Gempak888 does not apply internal currency conversion fees to standard MYR transactions. Third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond Gempak888's control.
Gempak888 reserves the right to reverse any deposit, withhold any withdrawal, or suspend any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, unauthorised, or otherwise irregular financial activity. All such cases will be referred to the relevant compliance and, where required, law enforcement authorities.
Gempak888 offers various promotional incentives to its Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement requires the Player to wager a total of RM2,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Gempak888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise. A Player may only claim a specific welcome bonus once.
Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other strategy deemed by Gempak888 to be exploitative — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent account suspension.
The Birthday Bonus programme awards eligible Players with bonus funds based on their VIP tier status at the time of their birthday. Tier-based amounts are as follows: Bronze — MYR 188; Silver — MYR 388; Gold — MYR 888; VIP Diamond — MYR 2,688. Birthday bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements and require the Player's tier to have been active for a minimum of 30 consecutive days prior to the birthday date.
The Referral Programme awards a bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral to both the referring Player and the referred Player, subject to the referred Player completing full KYC verification and making a qualifying first deposit. There is no limit on the number of referrals a Player may make. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements.
All wagers placed on the Gempak888 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within each relevant game or betting market section of the Platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by Gempak888 and are not confirmed until a bet confirmation reference is issued. Gempak888 reserves the right to refuse any bet in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error resulting in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, Gempak888 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the relevant stake amounts to the Players' Accounts. This applies to all game categories including slots, live casino, and sports betting markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events.
Gempak888 applies maximum payout limits per transaction and per account per day. These limits vary by game type and betting market and are displayed within the relevant sections of the Platform. Winnings in excess of applicable limits may be subject to reduction at Gempak888's discretion.
In the event that a sports fixture, match, or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned prior to the specified settlement criteria being met, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Stakes on cancelled events are typically returned.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Gempak888 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of Gempak888.
The Gempak888 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of Gempak888. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gempak888 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit Gempak888's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by Gempak888's negligence.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
Gempak888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Gempak888's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to completion of all pending KYC and compliance checks) will be returned to you via an approved payment method. Any Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to access and use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination and continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gempak888 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Gempak888 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Malaysian Players acknowledge that they access and use the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under Malaysian law.
Gempak888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players through one or more of the following methods: a notice posted on the Platform, an email to the registered account email address, or an in-account notification.
Any amendments will become effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.2.
